Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Chamak Studio, operated by Chamak Studio (Proprietor: Abhishek Daryani), an initiative by Abhi and Mahi ("we", "us"). By creating an account or uploading a photo you agree to them.

The service

You upload photos of jewellery and choose the types of image you want (worn by a model, on display, a creative flat-lay or worn in a modern Gen Z style). An image-generation model re-creates the photo of your piece as each type of image. It is instructed to keep the jewellery exactly as it is, but it can occasionally change details. You must compare every result with your piece and only use photos that represent it accurately; you are responsible for the photos you publish. A credit is used for each image generated, including images you choose to make again.

Your account

• You log in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number or email. Keep access to them secure.
• You must be 18 or older and running a lawful business.

Your photos

• You keep full ownership of the photos you upload and the edited photos we return.
• You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload.
• We use your photos only to produce your results. We do not sell them or use them to train machine-learning models.
• You are responsible for how you use the results, including that product listings accurately describe the item.

Credits and payment

• Each image you make uses one credit. Credits are bought in packs through Razorpay and do not expire.
• If an image fails to process, the credit is returned automatically.
• Each image you make can be made again once for free, for example if a detail of your piece came out changed.
• Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is illegal, that you have no rights to, or that is not a product photo. Do not try to break, overload or copy the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

We work hard to produce good results but cannot guarantee every photo will be suitable. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at [your city] have jurisdiction.
