Refund & cancellation policy

Chamak Studio sells image credits in packs. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

Failed photos

If a photo cannot be processed, the credit is returned to your account automatically.

Unused packs

You can cancel a pack and get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from it. After that, or once credits from the pack have been used, the purchase is non-refundable.

Unhappy with a result

If a result is clearly faulty (for example, part of the jewellery is cut off), write to us with the photo and we will return the credit.

How refunds are paid

Email hello.chamakstudio@gmail.com or call +91 87702 12950 with your registered mobile number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.

Delivery

This is a digital service. Credits are added to your account immediately after payment, and photos are delivered on screen for download. Nothing is shipped.
